Martial Arts ImageBishop’s Stortford Jiu Jitsu Club hold their sessions on Monday evenings at the Northgate Activities Centre, Northgate End, Bishop's Stortford, Herts.

Jiu Jitsu is based on throwing, locking and striking techniques that have evolved over thousands of years. It provides effective self defence against virtually any attacker, unarmed or otherwise and can be used by virtually anyone.

The club is always looking for new members are beginners are most welcome as are others that are experienced in other forms of martial arts.

If you would to join us, please send an e-mail for more information or just turn up. The only requirement is comfortable loose clothing and soft shoes.
